Hi, I’m Angela—the owner of Angela’s Pet Sitting Service here in Madison, Ohio. What started as a simple side gig after needing a sitter for my own dog has grown into something I’m truly passionate about: giving pets a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while their owners are away.

With over a decade of pet care experience, I open my home—and heart—to each guest. Together with my husband Erik and daughter Izzy, we’ve built a cozy space where your pet is welcomed, understood, and gently pampered.

Unlike larger facilities, I only take one family’s pets at a time for boarding and daycare—so your furry family member gets undivided attention. Our guests enjoy a relaxed, quiet home with cozy sleeping areas, outdoor playtime, and lots of cuddles.

I’m fully insured, Pet CPR-certified, and have over 60+ five-star reviews on Rover and Google. When you book with me, you can expect clear communication, daily photo updates, and the peace of mind that your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.

My husband Erik and our daughter Izzy love helping out when they can. Erik is great with playtime and snuggles, while Izzy is gentle and sweet with all animals—she loves to sing to our guests!

In our home, your pet will enjoy a calm, loving environment. We have a fenced yard for outdoor play and a quiet indoor setup for relaxation. Since we only host one family at a time, your pets get our full attention and feel right at home.

FAQ – Angela’s Pet Sitting Service

Got questions? Here are answers to the things pet parents ask most often. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to contact me.

❓ What pets do you care for?

I provide boarding and daycare for most dogs under 100 lbs and drop-in visits for dogs of all sizes and cats. All dogs must be at least 1 year old and non-aggressive.

❓ Do you accept puppies?

No, I currently only care for adult dogs (1 year and older). This helps keep the environment calm and manageable for everyone.

❓ Can you give my pet medication?

Yes! I’m happy to give oral medication, including pills and liquid meds, as long as your pet is cooperative.

❓ Do you take more than one family’s pets at a time?

Nope! I only book one household at a time for daycare and boarding. This means your pet gets my full attention and a low-stress environment.

❓ Will I get updates?

Yes! I send daily photo and text updates so you’ll always know how your pet is doing.

❓ What do I need to bring for boarding or daycare?

Bring anything that makes your pup comfortable—like their bed, favorite toy, leash, food, and medication. I provide bowls and lots of love!

❓Where will my dog sleep during boarding?

Your dog can sleep wherever they’re most comfortable—whether that’s a cozy dog bed, a guest room, or even in our bed if that’s what they’re used to at home. We don’t use kennels unless you request one, and we only set limits if a pup needs a little extra containment for safety.

❓ What if I need to cancel or change dates?

Life happens! Just let me know as soon as possible. I’m flexible and will do my best to work with you. Please give at least 24 hours' notice for drop-ins or daycare changes.

❓ Will Angela always be the one to visit my pet?

I handle many visits personally, but I do have trusted team members who may assist with drop-ins or dog walks when needed. You’ll always be notified in advance, and all care is held to the same high standard. I remain your main point of contact throughout your service.
